About
Honestly, I prefer to make this about you, not me. But I also get that you need to know why you should trust me in the first place, right? So let’s meet halfway.
“I believe that our purpose on this planet is to
become the best possible version of ourselves.
I also know that life gets in the way.”
“I believe that our purpose on this planet is to
become the best possible version of ourselves.
I also know that life gets in the way.”
I’ve been there-with that feeling of overwhelm, that sneaking suspicion that no one really ‘gets’ you, and yet those passions and dreams you have keep tapping you on the shoulder, reminding you not to forget about them.
A caring, multi-passionate, strong woman that feels a little underestimated.
And guess what?
It’s time to care for yourself like you do for others.
It’s time to sync up your heart, mind, and mission
It’s my plan to help you do just that.
Caring, multi-passionate, proactive, strong woman.

It’s my plan to help you do just that.
Our lives are meant to be dynamic and multifaceted. That’s why we can actually feel trapped or stuck when we are restricting ourselves to one role or path.
For instance, I can be a coach, an athlete, an artist, and the owner of an award-winning event-planning company. I can be driven like my fellow New Yorkers, but also relax in the sun, surf, and sand thanks to my California family. These are simply different sides to my personal “Rubik’s Cube.”
I’m willing to bet you have a few different sides to you as well.
Complexity is beautiful. When we embrace it, its naturally evolving process has the power to teach us about who we truly are and show us what we want most in life.
That’s why I believe “progress is perfection.” Let me explain…
My inner journey has been one of movement and transition. Over a decade ago, I went through a profound shift in my own life, one that would set me on this path to helping other women.
Before that shift, I numbly went through the motions of life. I was “mom, wife, daughter, sister, and friend” and not much else. Something was missing. And then I experienced several personal losses that woke me up from sleep-walking through my life.
I started doing the work of changing my thoughts.
