It’s January 5th, and I want to know how many of you have already given up on your New Year’s Resolutions. Yes, it’s only been a few days, but I feel that resolutions are unrealistic. Setting a goal at the beginning of the year, and sticking to the goal for the next 364 days with no game plan does not set us up for success. Instead, it leaves us feeling a whole host of negative feelings when we don’t meet our expectations. And that’s no way to start out in 2018!
According to U.S. News, approximately 80% of resolutions fail by the second week of February, so the odds are against you.
How can we ensure we stick to the goals we set in the beginning of the year? Well, it takes a little bit of management. And I don’t want you to spend a lot of time and research on what to do. Honestly, we just need a few simple tips and tricks to put us on the track to success.
