7 day challenge

March 20th was the first day of spring, and here on the East coast, the warm weather has finally followed suit. I’ve noticed the bright yellow daffodils in my neighbor’s front yard and the buds on the trees—it’s time for growth and change.

Inspired by what’s going on outside, I thought it would be a great time for renewal on the inside.

I’ve seen a lot of monthly challenges dedicated for change—Whole 30 and 30-Day Abs—but I think smaller steps can lead to bigger change. In the month of April, we’re kicking off Susie’s 7-Day Challenge with simple weekly challenges focused on one topic, supported by a series of tasks. Each day offers a challenge and my nuggets of love to renew, recenter, and encourage personal and professional growth.

Weekly focuses include:

Week 2: Work-life balance

Week 3: Clear the clutter

Week 4: Direct your narrative
